The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.209 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1-A), 4(1)(aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

2. It is stated that the respondent have seized 120 litres of ID Arrack from the petitioner. There is one previous case as against the petitioner herein.
