Mr.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appears for the respondents and points out that the petitioner's prayer for mandamus for issuance of legal heirship certificate is based on a representation. However, the present procedure is for the application to be filed online with necessary enclosures.

2. Faced with this position, Mr.L.Ramu, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an online application. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.
