..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pass an order on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2018 on merits within a time stipulated.

ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and perused materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the Association for non consideration of re-fixation of revision of license fee.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent-Municipality has enhanced the license fee from Rs.3,089/- to Rs.49,200/-. Aggrieved over the enhancement of license fee, the petitioner gave a representation for reduction of license fee. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2017 was considered and disposed of by the respondent.

5. In the light of the above facts, nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
