5 MR.SENTHIL Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of writ, directing the 1 to 4 respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 02.05.2017, 22.01.2018 and 18.12.2020 and pass orders on it and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove encroachment Natham S.No.290/26 and further alienation of Said patta land of Pakkambadi Village, Chinnasalem Taluk,Kallakurichi District (in WP.No.7921 of 2021) and;

(2) To issue interim direction, directing the 1 to 4 respondents to remove the encroachment at Natham S.No.290/26 of Pakkambadi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, (in WMP.No.8462 of 2021) pending disposal of the WP.No.7921 of 2021.
