The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 07.04.2017 in W.P.No.18452 of 2012, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. Mr.V.Nanmaran, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the first respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.10458/Aa3/2015 dated 30.01.2020 and pending the contempt petition, the contempt petitioner died and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings and also the death certificate of the contempt petitioner, which is taken on file and recorded.
