This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Tiruppur to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.988 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is the 1/3

defacto complainant in C.C.No.988 of 2017. The case was pending against the accused for the offence under Sections 406, 417, 420, 468, 471, 120(B), 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. Though the case is pending from the year 2017, not even charges have been framed, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that not even charges have been framed in this case and also considering that this case is pending from the year 2017, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur to expedite the framing of charges and trial and dispose the case as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
