Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 16.02.2024, that reads as follows:

Mr.S.Kalaiselvan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and seeks some time to obtain instructions and file a counter.

2. Notice through Court as well as privately to R2, returnable 21.02.2024. Proof of service be placed on file. 3.The petitioner states that an online application has not been made for re-connection of electricity and that the same will be done within two days.

4. List on 21.02.2024 at the end of admission list. Written instructions/ counter by then with an advance copy served upon the petitioner.

2. The respondent confirms that the petitioner has made an online application. Though he raises some grievances in regard to the enclsoures, it is for the first respondent to call upon the petitioner, seek such details as may satisfy him in regard to the request and pass orders expeditiously and in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
