ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 20.01.2016 in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2016, that to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.16 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2016 on 20.01.2016 is hereby modified as below: (i)the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, on the 1st Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is also submitted that final report has been filed in the case before the trial Court. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. He is exempted from appearing before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, on those dates when he has to appear before the trial Court for hearing.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
4. All other conditions imposed in Crl.R.C.No.16 of 2016 on 20.01.2016 shall stand unaltered.
