The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.77/2018 dated 07.03.2018, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the FIR cannot be quashed at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
