No.6636/B4/2014, dated 26.09.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to consider the date of examination of Diploma in Teacher Education held in June 2012 as the date for determining the eligibility for appointment and not the date of declaration of result in 1/4
December 2012, and consequently direct the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher based upon the selection process for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher conducted by the respondent Board in the year 2012. For Petitioner :
