PRAYER in W.P.No.3679 of 2020: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Tender Notification dated 15.01.2020 bearing no TNeGA / OT / DDGC / 2019 issued by the 1st Respondent and quash the same as it relates to the petitioner existing work for DTCP ( the 2nd Respondent) and CMA (The 3rd Respondent) and consequently directing the 1st Respondent to call for a fresh Tender excluding the areas for which there is subsisting contract in favour of the petitioner.

PRAYER in W.P.No.5482 of 2020: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the Tender Notification dated 15.01.2020 bearing no TNeGA / OT / DDGC / 2019 issued by the 1st Respondent which was further extended on 17.02.2020 to 04.03.2020 as the last and the same will be opened on 05.03.2020 and quash the same.
