Azhaganandham, v. Assistant Collector,
C.M.P.No.4359 of 2026 in C.R.P.SR.No.2427 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI, J.
Heard Mr.G.Krishna Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petition to accept cause title has been filed in the revision seeking expeditious disposal of execution petition insofar petitioner is concerned. Similarly, claim petitions, represented by the same learned counsel, have already been disposed of. While the cause title in the original proceedings reflected the names of all claimants as decree holder, as the revision is now restricted to relief insofar as the present petitioner is concerned, the applicant seeks to accept the cause title.
3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
