ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's sons viz., Shogeethan, aged about 6 years and Shoruban, aged about 6 years, S/o.V.Ramachandran, before this Court and hand over them to the custody of the petitioner forthwith.

It is the case of the petitioner that her sons Shogeethan, aged about 6 years and Shoruban, aged about 6 years, are in the illegal custody of the third respondent and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure him. 3.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the intervention of the police, the two children viz., Shogeethan, aged about 6 years and Shoruban, aged about 6 years, have been handed over to the petitioner. Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
