The learned counsel for the respondent appears through VideoConferencing and submits that the respondent may not have any objection for extending the mandate, however submits that the mandate may be confined for a period of three months as the proceedings have been initiated way back in the year 2017.

2.It is noticed that only the pleadings are over as on date.

3.Considering the same, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by twelve (12) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
