This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 01.08.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.12.2014. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
