Mr.Y.Jyothish Chander, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the suit in O.S.No.36 of 2012 out of which the present revision arises itself has been disposed off on merits and he has filed an appeal against the said Judgment and Decree, before this Court.

2. Recording the said statement, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. It is open to the learned counsel for the petitioner to seek restoration if the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent is found to be incorrect. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
