ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.s.Ramesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide its order dated 05.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.13690 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10187 of 2019, that to appear and sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, twice in a month i.e. on 1st Monday and 3rd Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions regularly. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13690 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.10187 of 2019 on 05.11.2024 is hereby modified as below: (i)the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, on the 1st Monday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is also submitted that final report has been filed in the case before the trial Court. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. He is exempted from appearing before the Principal District and Sessions Court / Special Court, Coimbatore, on those dates when he has to appear before the trial Court for hearing.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

4. All other conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18559 of 2023 in CrlO.P.No.10187 of 2019 on 11.12.2023 shall stand unaltered.
