2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition and also prayed for liberty to raise all his points for arguments before the Court below, including the impleading petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to put forth all his arguments before the Court below and Court below shall pass orders in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
