The prayer in these injunction petitions runs as follows:- C.M.P.No.4819 of 2023 "to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent, her men, agent and persons claiming through her from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petition mentioned in subject matter of O.S.No.364 of 2015, ADJ-I, Coimbatore, pending disposal of the present appeal."

C.M.P.No.4820 of 2023 "to grant an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondent, her men, agent and persons claiming through her from anyway altering the physical feature of the petition mentioned property in subject matter of O.S.No.364 of 2015, ADJ-I, Coimbatore pending disposal of the present first appeal.

2.The suits filed by the appellant, which is one for declaration of title based on a Power of Attorney and another challenging cancellation of Power of Attorney have been dismissed. Admittedly, the plaintiff did not have the benefit of injunction pending suit.

KKN 3.Now that the suits have been dismissed, we do not think, he could be favoured with an order of injunction. Hence, these injunction petitions are dismissed.
