The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the suit pertains to this petition has been disposed of on 06.10.2018 itself. Further he has also produced a copy of the judgement rendered by the learned District Munsif, Harur.

2. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is recorded. In view of the reasons stated above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
