The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given change of vakalat and reported no instructions. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled since the petitioner paid the duty and penalty and thus nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. In view of the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of, since nothing survives for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
