The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to register cancellation of deposit of title deed with regard to the properties of the petitioner registered on 12.5.2006 as Document No.2084/2006 before the Joint Sub Registrar-I, Erode.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs. Ananda Gomathi Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had paid the entire outstanding amount to the 2nd respondent and the mortgage made by her in favour of the 2nd respondent was also closed and the receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued by the 2nd respondent was also registered before the Sub Registrar's office.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
