O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.03.2020, this Court passed the following order :

"This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.131 of 2008 as against the order passed in I.A.No.583 of 2014 dated 18.12.2014. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.03.2015, this Court granted interim stay till 07.04.2015. Thereafter, the matter was not listed and the interim stay was not extended. Thereafter, on 09.04.2019, it was represented that the respondent had died and his legal representatives have to be brought on record. But, no steps have been taken so far.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Suresh Babu, learned counsel representing the petitioner, submits that the plaintiff had died on 05.11.2017 and the death certificate was also produced before the trial Court on 07.01.2020 and based on that, the suit itself was closed on 07.01.2020. The learned counsel sought for a small accommodation to produce the e-Court proceedings of the trial Court in this regard. Post the matter on 17.03.2020 under the caption "For orders"."

2.Today, the e-Court proceedings of the trial Court in O.S.No.131 of 2014 have been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the said proceedings, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
