ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to take action on his representation dated 05.11.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was born to his parents Chockalingam and Ammakannu along with eight siblings. The petitioner's father passed away on 10.06.1963 and his mother passed away on 02.06.2003. A vacant land measuring an extent of 233 sq. mts., situated at T.5 Pudur Village, Analkattu Taluk, Vellore comprised in Survey Nos.414/9 Old Survey No.74/1A, stands in the name of petitioner's mother. She died intestate, leaving behind the petitioner and his siblings as her legal heirs.

It is the further case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent, who is one of his brothers, executed a sale deed in favour of the fifth respondent by producing a bogus legal heirship certificate, falsely showing himself as the sole legal heir of the deceased parents. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.11.2025 to the third respondent seeking cancellation of the said sale deed executed by the fourth respondent in favour of the fifth respondent. Since no proper response on the said representation, the present Writ Petition is being filed.

4. Heard the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2025, after issuing notice to all the legal heirs of the deceased and the fifth respondent, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
