This criminal revision case has been filed praying to set aside the judgment passed in CA.No.16 of 2018 dated 18.10.2019 on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem confirming the judgment passed in CC.No.79 of 2013 dated 06.11.2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate(Additional Mahila Court), Salem. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
