and K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.
[Order of the Court was made by K. GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original proceedings dated 07.11.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].
3.
Mr. K. Selvaraj, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.
4.
Learned counsel, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the original impugned proceedings was not readily available with the writ petitioner at the time of filing of captioned writ petition and therefore, photocopy of the impugned proceedings was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned proceedings is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative. 6.
In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. [M.S., J.] [K.G.T., J.] 24.02.2025 cad W.M.P. No.4796 of 2025 in W.P.No.4289 of 2025 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.2/2
