ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to constitute the Vending Committee as contemplated under Section 22 of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in the year 2007, Street Vending Committee has been constituted for a period of five years and the above period is over now. For this year, a new committee will be formed very soon, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and as the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
