The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the petitioner/ proposed 2nd appellant as the legal representative of the deceased appellant LUISA @ LUVISA and rank him as appellant No.2 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and post the Second Appeal for final hearing.
