ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the Court-below to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1841 of 2014 in Special Case No.3 of 2014 as early as possible. 2.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has been shown as first accused in Special Case No.3 of 2014. 3.

The petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.1841 of 2014 under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to discharge him from the proceeding of Special Case No.3 of 2014 and the same is pending for a long time. Under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said circumstances, the present petition is filed for getting the relief sought therein.

Considering the nature of the relief sought in the petition, the petition can be allowed.

In fine, the petition is allowed. The Special Judge, Chengalpet is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1841 of 2014 before the end of January 2016 and report the same to the Registry without fail.
