ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 23.12.2014 lodged by the petitioner, investigate the same and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.13/2015. Similarly, on the complaint given by the opposite party, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.15/2015.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on both the complaints in CSR Nos.13 and 15 of 2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
