This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15314 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.17377 of 2022 on 17.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks until filing of the final report.
