+ 8 Floors Residential Building of height 28.80m with 15 dwelling units (availing Premium FSI) at abutting Besant Nagar, 6th Cross Street, comprised at Plot No.E153 part, in Old Survey No.116pt, 126, 17/3, and 17/2B1 pt, Town Survey No. 4/29, 7/4 and 8/7, Block No. 40, Ward -1 of Urur Village, Velachery Taluk, within the limits of Greater Chennai Corporation on merits subject to outcome of the W.P.No.10585 of 2023 on the file of this Court.
