ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31658 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, which requires the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., for a Page No.1 of 3

period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31658 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
