Cont.P.No. 3593 of 2024 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., When the matter originally came up on 12.12.2024, it was represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf the respondents that the Writ Appeal had been filed and dispense with application had been ordered and thereafter the condone delay application was yet to come up for hearing.
2. Considering the plea made by the respondents, this Court granted a long adjournment from 12.12.2024 to 03.01.2025. Again on 03.01.2025, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf the respondents submitted that the matter had not been listed and that steps were being taken to bring the Writ Appeal for hearing. Considering the same, another long adjournment was given and the matter is taken up today (i.e.on 24.01.2025). Today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf the respondents again submitted that there has been no further progress in the Writ Appeal.
3. In view thereof, issue Statutory Notice to the respondents, returnable by 28.02.2025.
4. Post the matter on 28.02.2025.
