..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records relating to the order letter dated 05.04.2011 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents t reckon his pay as Rs.20,500 - 26,500 which was revised to Rs.51,300 - 73,000 with effect from 01.01.2007 and revise and pay his pension after taking into account his revised pay at Rs.51,300 - 73,000 with effect from 01.01.2007 with all attendant monetary benefits and all other consequential benefits, etc.

ORDER

The petitioner herein had retired from the post of Secretary on 31.12.1993. Based on the recommendations of the Ministry for cadre restructuring, the pay scales for the said post was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revised and published in the official Gazette Notification dated 07.01.2009, which was made effective from 07.01.2009. The petitioner now claims for this revised pay scale. 2.When the pay-scale revision under the notification was revised the scale with effect from 07.01.2009, the petitioner herein, who had retired on 31.12.1993, will not be eligible to make such a claim. Therefore, I do not find any infirmity in the order of the first respondent, dated 05.04.2011. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
