This petition is filed to condone the delay of 209 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.J.Pooventherarajan, learned counsel for the sole respondent/caveator.

The delay is 209 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 209 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
