M/S.North Arcot District Vanniyakula Kshatriya Sangam v. M.Radhakrishnan

C.M.P.No.4249 of 2019 in S.A.No.644 of 2013 and C.M.P.No.4248 of 2019 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN , J, This application has been taken out by one M.Subramanian claiming to be the General Secretary of North Arcot District Vanniyakula Khshatriya Sangam.

According to him, he was elected on 11.11.2018 and even as on today, he is the General Secretary.

He seeks leave of this Court to amend the cause title.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, C.M.P.No.4249 of 2019 is ordered as prayed for.
