Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner - V.C.Thennavan [Registration No.RA2011009010240] to write the University Theory Examinations January, 2022 which is scheduled on 21.02.2022, 22.02.2022, 23.02.2022 & 28.02.2022 and further direct the respondents to conduct re-examinations for the subjects were the petitioner was prevented from writing University Theory Examinations January, 2022 examination.
