These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent on record respectively.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, all the petitions are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the main petition and list the matter on 04.02.2021.
