..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the appeal petition submitted by the petitioner dated 10.05.2017 by cancelling the order of 3rd respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.1424/2014/A2 dated 10.03.2017 and to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner suffered an order dated 10.03.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by the order of removal, has filed an appeal on 10.05. As he is unable to meet out both ends. He has asked for earlier disposal of the appeal.

2. Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that within four weeks time the appeal will be disposed of.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
