This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint dated 18.11.2019 in complaint reference No.AUS19111127 of 2019 of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after preliminary enquiry, FIR was registered in Crime No.200 of 2020 under sections 279 and 337 of IPC and hence this petition has become infructuous.
