O R D E R

Alleging that the order dated 30.05.2018 passed in W.P.No.13068 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Division Bench has directed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents to consider the representation of the

petitioner dated 14.05.2018 in the light of the earlier order passed. As the same has not been done, the respondents will have to be hauled up for contempt.

3. We do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. If the order is passed in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court, which cannot be termed as the one passed by way of willful disobedience. It may be a wrong appreciation or wrong understanding of fact and law and certainly the same may not amount to contempt. If the petitioner is of the view that the order passed by the contemnor is contrary to the law laid down by this Court, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. The contempt petition stands closed.
