Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in OP/ID No.15/2024 the AWARD (impugned order) passed by the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in OP/ID No.15/2024, dated October 24th, 2024 and illegal termination order dated June 01st, 2020 and quash the same and direct the Respondent/Management to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, with full back wages along with all consequential benefits and cost of these legal procedure. 1/3
