This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 05.02.2019 given to the respondents. 2.It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the parties. If on enquiry, the respondent police finds that the nature of the dispute is civil in nature, the parties shall approach the appropriate Civil Court. Further, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
