2.It is seen from the records, these cases were registered in the year 1995 and the related documents were sent to Forensic Department for forensic examination and thereafter, the report was received from the Forensic Department on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
13.02.1998. In this regard the trial Court also lodged a complaint before the Registrar Vigilance of this Court and it is pending because of non availability of original documents. This Court by an earlier order dated 16.07.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.17963 of 2018 as directed the trial Court to dispose the case within a period of six months. But, till now,the trial has not been completed only for the reason that the original documents were missing.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances the Learned Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Villupuram, is permitted to reconstruct the records and complete the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, these Criminal Original petitions are disposed of.
