This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.03.2016 given to the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 25.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.06.2016.
