The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and file a fresh petition seeking to quash the FIR on the ground that the matter has already been compromised and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner. No costs.
