W.P.No.5009 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY.J., When the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned', today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while reading the paragraph 16 (vi) of the order dated 30.01.2025, the word 'arrears' would create some confusion.

2. Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out the following correction in the paragraph No.16 (vi) of the order dated 30.01.2025, that after the word 'entire arrears', the following phrase may be included, "as payable as per the directions given in paragraph No.16 (i) to 16 (v) above,"

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy.
