Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order in Letter No. PT.1/65392/2014, dated 09.11.2015, to quash the same and issue directions to the respondents to forthwith grant and disburse within a time frame with interest for the belated disbursement of Rs.3,58,987/- for the period from 01.01.2001 to 31.07.2014 at 12% per annum (compounded annually).
