This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Even though notices served on the respondents and the names of respondents were also printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.
